Some of the most entertaining places to enjoy music are the Bluebird, Gothic, Hi-Dive, Meadowlark, or Ophelia’s, Beta Vinyl, Jazzle, and Levitt Pavilion. 3. Other attractions in Denver include the Botanical Gardens, Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature and Science, Dinosaur Ridge (great for the kids), and Chamberlin Observatory.

4. For the outdoor enthusiast, Denver has some wild mountain hikes to the peaks of Mount Evans and Mount Goliath. However, if you’re moving to Denver from sea-level, please take caution. Altitude sickness is very real.
