ASUS launches trio versions of Radeon HD 7950 which include two with “three-story” cooler

The company ASUSTeK Computer launched an official announcement AMD Radeon HD 7950 debut of three versions of this card, the characteristics of which have already appeared on Taiwanese site. At the same time the other two graphics cards operate at frequencies of 800 and the stock 1250 (5000) MHz for the GPU and memory respectively. The system of video outputs of the three new products include a pair of connectors, plus Mini DisplayPort ports Dual-link DVI and HDMI. Themselves with the accelerators are based on a 28-nm chip Tahiti Pro from 1792 stream processors, 112 texture units and 32 ROP units and are on board to 3 GB of GDDR5 memory with 384-bit interface. As for the “issue price”, HD7950-3GD5, probably cost $ 449, while the adapters HD7950-DC2-3GD5 and HD7950-DC2T-3GD5, obviously, would be considerably more expensive.

Panasonic goes to 4K on mini screen

Toshiba intends to release 13.3 inches Tablet PC in the U.S. later this year
